3 British women arrested in West Bank for uprooting settlement vineyard

Police have arrested three female British left-wing activists on suspicion that they defaced a vineyard belonging to the Neria settlement in the West Bank.
Security forces were alerted to the scene following reports of serious damage, seedlings were uprooted and the watering system was broken. Piles of rocks were positioned on the route leading up to the scene, apparently to delay the arrival of the forces. According to initial reports, several Palestinians were also involved in the vandalism. (Efrat Weiss)
