Ayalon: Annapolis should lead to creation of coalition against Iran

Minister Ami Ayalon met with Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat Thursday night and told him that "the Annapolis conference needs to serve as an additional link in the chain of the creation of a regional coalition against the Iranian threat."

The Ayalon-Erekat encounter is part of a series of meetings between senior Israeli and Palestinians leaders in preparation for the Annapolis conference scheduled for later this year. (Ronny Sofer)
