The Knesset on Tuesday passed a bill restricting smoking in IDF facilities. The bill passed its first reading and is now pending its second and third readings.
MK Yoel Hasson (Kadima), who brought the bill to a vote, told Ynet that "the military has become quite the hotbed for smokers and since many teens get their first taste of smoking in the service, we have to do what we can to stop it." (Attila Somfalvi)
