The Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of Fatah, assumed responsibility for the shooting attack in the Kedumim area in which an Israeli citizen was killed.
A spokesman for the organization said that the terror attack was "an act of protest against the Annapolis conference and a response to Israeli crimes." (Ali Waked)
