Israel arrests Hamas member of parliament in West Bank
Israeli forces arrested a Hamas member of Parliament overnight in the West Bank city of Nablus, Palestinian officials said.
The lawmaker, Ahmad al-Haj Ali, was arrested along with additional wanted members of Hamas, including a former deputy Cabinet minister and two city council representatives, all Hamas members, Palestinian security officials said. The IDF confirmed that Hamas members had been arrested in Nablus overnight. (AP)
