VIDEO - Majed al-Harazin, the senior military commander of Islamic Jihad's military wing in the Gaza Strip, was killed last night by an IAF air attack. Ynet here publishes documentation of the targeted killing, captured by an IAF drone which covered the attack.
From the video, it is possible to distinguish the vehicle in which al-Harazin was traveling. The car is driving on a street between two neighborhoods in Gaza city. At a certain stage, when it is far from any other cars, the IAF helicopter fires a missile which hits its target head on, killing the senior official responsible for a number of terrorist cells that fired Qassam rockets into Israel as well as another Jihad activist, Jihad Dahar.
The IDF continued its offensive Tuesday morning, firing at Qassam-launching cells belonging to Islamic Jihad in Jabalya in northern Gaza. Four terrorist were injured. In response, six mortars were fired at Kibbutz Kerem Shalom.
Sources in the defense establishment said that the attacks are aimed at those involved in terror. "As for anyone who touches a Qassam rocket or a mortar as a producer, transporter, or shooter – we will get to them sooner or later. We will not ignore rockets fired at Israeli settlements," a source said.
