Ministry of Religion reestablished

The government approved Sunday the re-formation of the Ministry of Religion. The motion was carried 15 to seven, with two ministers abstaining.

The ministry will be headed by Minister Yitzhak Cohen (Shas). The Prime Minister's Office rejected claims saying the move was devised in time for the Winograd report. (Roni Sofer)
