Iran wants compensation for 'illegal' UN sanctions resolutions

Iran's foreign minister says his government plans to take legal action and seek compensation for what he says are illegal UN sanctions.
Manouchehr Mottaki says Iran will not implement the three sanctions resolutions because the Security Council exceeded its authority. The council imposed limited sanctions in December 2006, and has been ratcheting them up in hopes of getting Iran to suspend enrichment and start negotiations on its nuclear program. (AP)
