Carter: Israel reneging on Annapolis agreements

Israel is dodging the implementation of the agreements reached at the Annapolis conference, Former US president Jimmy Carter said during his meeting in Ramallah with Abed Elrahim, general secretary of the Palestinian presidency.
Earlier Carter laid a wreath on the grave of decease Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat and met with Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad. (Ali Waked)
