Mosque opened in Israeli hospital for first time

A unique ceremony took place at the Rambam hospital in Haifa on Thursday as the medical center inaugurated the first mosque ever opened in an Israeli hospital for the benefit of Muslim patients, visitors and staff members.
In attendance at the ceremony were Minister Raleb Majadele, Health Minister Yacov Ben Yizri, Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav and Muslim clerics. The mosque offers separate rooms for men and women. (Ahiya Raved)
