Ramon: Israel negotiating with Hamas

Vice Premier Haim Ramon admitted Monday that Israel was negotiation with Hizbullah, despite prior government decisions to that effect.

"We're negotiation with Hamas despite the government decision declaring any talks would be possible only after the group accepts the Mideast Quartet's condition," said Ramon. (Roni Sofer)
