Syrian FM: Israel agreed to cede Golan Heights

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Mouallem said that Israel has agreed to cede the Golan Heights as part of the new peace negotiations between Jerusalem and Damascus.

Mouallem was interviewed Wednesday by the al-Jazeera television network. (AFP)
