Three Qassam rockets and three mortar shells were fired from northern Gaza
towards Israel on

The first salvo was fired late Thursday morning. One Qassam rocket landed near a kibbutz south of Ashkelon and another one landed near a kibbutz in the Sha’ar Hanegev Regional Council.
A mortar shell landed near the Nahal Oz area. None of the incidents resulted in injuries or damage.
A short while later, another Qassam rocket exploded in an open area south as well as two mortar shells. No injuries or damage were reported.
On Wednesday, a mortar shell caused damage to a kibbutz home
in the western Negev. The residents of the house heard the explosion of the first shell and ran to the shelter.
