MK Gal-On: Pride Parade will take place despite opposition

Knesset Member Zahava Gal-On (Meretz), in response to the religious MKs' convention, which has decided to protest Tel Aviv's Pride Parade, said that "the dark forces of the Knesset are trying to thwart the gay community's right to free speech."
She added that "the homosexual community's insistence to stand up for its rights will lead once again to the holding of a parade, despite their objections." (Amnon Meranda)
