Attorney general: Razing terrorists' homes raises legal difficulties

Attorney General Menachem Mazuz presented to cabinet his opinion regarding the possibility of demolition the homes of the terrorists who carried the recent terror attacks in Jerusalem.
According to Mazuz, while there is no legal obstacle to destroying the homes, "the matter does raise some major legal difficulties". (Efrat Weiss)
