Olmert’s adviser: Police threats reminiscent of other regimes

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s media advisor Amir Dan said that “the threats released by the police regarding the prime minister’s investigation are reminiscent of different times and other regimes. Where has anyone ever heard of police in a democratic country expressing themselves in such a way against an elected prime minister?”
Dan’s remarks came in response to comments made by police officials pertaining to the Talasky case. (Efrat Weiss)
