Hasson Real Estate launches urban development project in Netanya
Company awarded Israeli Land Administration bid; said to invest NIS 20 million in construction of 30 housing units
Hasson Real Estate announced recently it has won a bid by the Israeli Land Administration to develop urban properties in Netanya.
The company intends on building 30 housing units on what was estimated to be a one-acre stretch of land, investing some NIS 20 million (approx. $6 million) in the project.
The Hasson Group has real estate interests both in and out of Israel; with ongoing projects in Poland, Romania and Cyprus.
Its latest Warsaw project includes the construction of 600 housing units.
