Likud faction chairman, Knesset Member Gideon Sa'ar, said Sunday that "the government's decision to release more than 200 Palestinian terrorists, including murderers, as a gesture to Palestinian President Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas), crushes the public trust as murderers and terrorists are not punished.
MK Sa'ar added that he believes the decisions "will harm the security of Israel's citizens and the efforts to free kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit." (Amnon Meranda)
