Soldier who delayed Palestinian woman in labor jailed
An IDF company commander was sentenced to 14 days in jail following an incident in which a pregnant Palestinian woman in labor was delayed at a military crossing.
The woman was on her way to a hospital in Nablus. Her husband said the troops would not let them pass even when the baby was crowning. The Palestinian paramedics who arrived at the scene pronounced the baby stillborn. (Efrat Weiss)
