Report: Israel agreed to return of 20,000 refugees in deal
A deal between Israel and the Palestinian Authority including 12 clauses is expected to be published by the end of 2008, the Qatari Al-Sharq reported.
According to the report, the sides agreed on the return of 20,000 refugees to Israel, territory to be swapped, and east Jerusalem neighborhoods were defined as parts of the new Palestinian capital. (Roee Nahmias)
