Police say a bomb from World War II has exploded after it was dug up during building work in western Germany. Fifteen people suffered light injuries or shock.
The 550-pound (250-kilo) bomb detonated after being unearthed on Friday by a mechanical digger in Hattingen in the industrial Ruhr region. (AP)
