Abbas: Changes in Israeli, US governments to delay peace process

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said government changes in Israel and the United States are delaying the search for a two-state peace settlement in the Middle East.
Abbas made his remarks Monday during a visit to Dublin, where he met with Irish Foreign Minister Micheal Martin. He called the political transitions in Washington and Tel Aviv, "a difficult time" for peacemaking. (AP)
