Police: Jerusalem terrorist motivated by unrequited love

A preliminary police investigation into the terror attack in Jerusalem revealed Tuesday that Kasem Mugrabi, the east Jerusalem resident who carried out the attack, apparently acted out of a personal motivation, not a nationalistic one.

Police now believe Murgabi's motivation was unrequited love, as it was discovered a recent marriage proposal he made to his cousin was rejected. (Efrat Weiss)
