Israel Prize winner, Professor Ze'ev Sternhell, lightly wounded by pipe bomb
Israel Prize recipient, Professor Ze'ev Sternhell, sustained light injuries to his legs after a pipe bomb detonated outside his front door on Shai Agnon St. in Jerusalem during the night.
Police were alerted to the scene. The motive for the attack appears to be ideological. (Efrat Weiss)
