The bodies of a child, a baby and their parents - both police officers - were found Thursday morning in an apartment in the city of Hod Hasharon in the Sharon region. Gunshot wounds were spotted on the bodies.
The family members were identified as Michael Fisher (29), his wife Hila, their three-year-old son Yuval and two-month-old girl Yarden.
A Magen David Adom emergency team pronounced the four family members dead. Police believe the father may have murdered the family members and committed suicide.

At around 10:20 am, Michael's colleagues arrived at his home after he had failed to answer the phone. They spotted the couple's two cars inside the garage. The house's door was locked. They entered the apartment through the balcony and were met with a horrific sight.
In the house's living room, which is adjacent to the dining room, they found the body of three-year-old Yuval. Michael's body was lying next to him, and Hila was sitting on the floor with her back against the wall. A gun was found between the bodies.
The officers then entered the parents' bedroom, where they found the two-month-old baby girl, also dead. The living room was covered with blood stains.
Hila's father arrived at the area but the police prevented him from entering the apartment. Police sources said there were no early signals that the father had planned to murder his family.
One of the family's neighbors told Ynet, "When I found out what happened in the apartment, I began shivering. My body is shaking and I can't believe this happened. I knew these people, they were my next-door neighbors. What happened to them is heartbreaking.
"I can't say there were early signs to what happened. It's still unclear what took place there. Nothing could have pointed to this disaster."
