Livni says decision on general elections will be reached Sunday

Prime minister-designate Tzipi Livni said during a Kadima faction meeting that "I told (President) Shimon Peres that on Sunday I'll decide whether we are going to general elections or continuing the negotiations to assemble a new coalition.
