Barak: We'll fight West Bank law violators with full force
Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Sunday at a Labor ministers' meeting that "the phenomenon of youths breaking the law in the West Bank is a threat to the State and its citizens. A society that values life cannot accept this; we will fight it with full force."
Communications Minister Ariel Atias also commented on the settlers' violence towards IDF troops and said before Sunday's cabinet meeting that "the subject of harming IDF soldiers is a consensus among the people of Israel. We have one army, we must protect it from all sides, and that includes all sectors." (Roni Sofer)
