Vice Premier Haim Ramon said at Sunday's cabinet meeting on the West Bank riots that "these are a few hundred people who have actually declared a revolt against the State of Israel's legitimate government and are acting against the democratic rule in the country.
"Since Amona was evacuated two and a half years ago, it seems the government is afraid to confront these extremists, which is why no illegal outposts have been removed since then," he added. (Roni Sofer)
