Being an emissary
Chabad's worldwide emissary meeting held in New York this weekend brought together some 4,000 envoys from around the world. Here is a taste of the event
NEW YORK – some 4,000 Chabad emissaries convened in New York this weekend for the worldwide meeting of the movement's emissaries. During the conference, which was held against the backdrop of the global financial crisis, emissaries attended workshops and discussed ways to tackle day to day problems in their work around the globe.
One of the highlights of the event was the famous group picture that is taken every year in front of the house of the Lubavitch Rabbi in Brooklyn.
