Israeli delegation to Mumbai held up by visa troubles

A delegation from Israel Police's identification unit, which was meant to leave for Mumbai Sunday afternoon, was held up by problems with visa approval among some members of the group.
These problems were meant to be addressed on the flight, but at the request of Indian officials, the flight was delayed until they could be solved on the ground in Israel. (Efrat Weiss, Ronen Medzini)
