Saudi imam calls for attacks on Israelis
A Saudi imam published a statement urging the Muslim world to attack Israelis all over the world in response to Israel's operation in Gaza, the Islam Online website reported Sunday.
According to the report, Imam al-Awwad al-Karni claimed, "Any Israeli interest and anyone related to Israel is a legitimate target for assault. The Israelis have turned into targets and their blood should be spilled as the blood of our brothers in Palestine is being spilled." (Roee Nahmias and AFP)
