China offers $1m in emergency aid to Palestinians

The Foreign Ministry says China will offer $1 million in cash to the Palestinians for emergency humanitarian aid after relentless Israeli air attacks killed more than 370 people in Gaza.
Ministry spokesman Qin Gang says in a Tuesday statement that China urges all sides to "immediately halt armed conflict" and adopt measures to relieve the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. (AP)
