The limited cabinet, which included Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, is discussing the possibility of filing a complaint with the United Nations over the use made of UNWRA facilities by Hamas gunmen.
The discussion is being held after some 30 civilians were killed in an IDF strike near a school at the Jabalya refugee camp. An investigation into the incident revealed that soldiers fired back at gunmen firing mortar shells from the school. (Roni Sofer)
