Syria complains Israel giving out wine from 'occupied Golan'

Syrian Ambassador to the United Nations Bashar Ja'afari sent a letter to Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon claiming that Israel was handing out holiday gift baskets to UN employees that contained bottles of wine from the "occupied Golan Heights." (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
