The Likud Party called on Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to "stop bickering over the dubious credit for 'failing to prevent a resolution against Israel in the UN Security Council'."
The party's statement said, "It would be unfortunate for the political dispute between Livni and Olmert to harm Israel's relationship with its closest ally – the United States." (Amnon Meranda)
