Hamas Politburo Chief Khaled Mashaal spoke Friday at the Arab summit in Qatar and said that Hamas will not agree to Israel's terms of a ceasefire.
"The resistance has been hurt but it has not lost. The enemy is killing civilians because it has failed to tackle the resistance," he said. (Ali Waked)
