Settlers handed out leaflets in a Tel Aviv school saying, "There are Jews in Judea and Samaria, there are no rockets in Tel Aviv."
In addition, maps illustrating the "rocket range from Samaria to Tel Aviv" were also given out. The Samaria Settler's Committee was behind the initiative. (Efrat Weiss)
