Report: US troops to train Egyptian forces to locate tunnels

US engineers will train Egyptian soldiers to work with tunnel-location equipment as part of agreements aimed at curbing smuggling into Gaza, al-Jazeera reported on Friday.
Additionally, a delegation comprising of two military attaches from the American embassy in Cairo and two American engineers will patrol the border between Gaza and Egypt on a regular basis and receive reports from Egyptian troops in the area regarding tunnels located and destroyed. (Roee Nahmias)
