Livni: Israel must respond to Kissufim blast no matter who is responsible

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni responded the explosion at Kissufim crossing on the Gaza border, saying, "I am not interested in who did it; Israel needs to respond. This test is one of action and not just of words. This is true also of today's event."
