Likud Faction Chairman MK Gideon Sa'ar said upon the conclusion Likud Chairman Benjamin Netanyahu's meeting with National Union leaders, "National Union will be a partner in the government and coalition lead by Netanyahu."
National Union Chairman Yaacov Katz said before the meeting, "We are not in anybody's pocket and it is certainly a possibility that we will not recommend anyone (for putting together the coalition.)" (Amnon Meranda)
