Crisis group rules Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon 'time bomb'

The International Crisis Group, which specializes in conflict prevention and resolution published a new report Thursday ruling that the Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon were "a ticking time bomb."
The report urged immediate action to improve the situation of the nearly 450,000 refugees. (AFP)
