Donors pledge $4.4 billion to Palestinians in aid

International donors have pledged $4.481 billion in aid to help the Palestinian economy and rebuild Gaza after Israel's military offensive, Egypt's Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit said on Monday.
He said the money would be paid over the next two years. (Reuters)
