Knesset Member Yohanan Plesner (Kadima) slammed Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu following Likud MK Gideo Sa'ar's declaration that the threshold required for a party to enter the Knesset would not be raised.
"As expected, Netanyahu has given in to dictations for his personal survival, even before his appointment. MK Sa'ar's embarrassing announcement shows once again that Netanyahu's promise to change the government system has been abandoned despite the urgent need for a serious procedure of change."
