Qassam rockets hit south; IAF strikes northern Gaza
Air Force jets target rocket launching cell after two Qassams land in western Negev. No injuries, damage reported on Israeli side; Palestinians report of two wounded gunmen
The Israeli Air Force struck a rocket cell in northern Gaza Tuesday evening.
The strike followed Palestinian rocket fire on the western Negev, which saw two Qassam rockets landing in Sha'ar Hanegev and Sdot Negev regional councils limits.
No injuries or damage were reported in either incident.
The IDF Spokesman's Unit confirmed the strike. Palestinian sources reported that two gunmen, driving a vehicle in the northern outskirts of Gaza City, sustained moderate and mild injuries.
Tuesday saw four rockets fired at Israel. The morning fire caused No injuries or damage.
On Monday, the Islamic Jihad reported that Hamas government in Gaza arrested 10 of its operatives, all belonging to the al-Quds Brigades, and coerced them into signing a pledge stating that they will refrain form launching rockets at Israel.
