MK quits EU committee over 'anti-Israel' decision
Deputy Foreign Minister MK Magli Wahaba (Labor) resigned from his post as deputy chairman of Euro-Mediterranean Partnership's policy and defense committee, which meets in Brussels, over a decision he claimed is "anti-Israel" in nature.
The committee, chaired by a French parliamentarian, condemned Israel for breaking international law during Operation Cast Lead and called for an investigation into Israel's actions in the territories. (Roni Sofer)
