10 arrested in Umm al-Fahm clashes
Special police forces detained at least 10 people suspected of rioting during the clashes in Umm al-Fahm Tuesday morning. Police say they plan to prosecute the rioters to the full extent of the law.
MK Afou Agbaria (Hadash) who is a resident of the city, condemned the police's conduct and demanded the detained residents be released at once. "The racists that came here to provoke should be prosecuted. The police are using an iron fist against residents of the city for their courageous stance," he said. (Sharon Roffe-Ofir)
