Russia called on the international community on Sunday to demonstrate "a balanced approach and caution" while discussing North Korea's launch of a long-range rocket at the UN Security Council.
"Russia's foreign policy chief called for the display of a balanced approach and caution while assessing the actions of the DPRK, including when discussing this theme at the UN Security Council," Russia's Foreign Ministry said in a statement. (Reuters)
