Attempted terror attack in Sur Baher

In the east Jerusalem village of Sur Baher, a vehicle attempted to run down Border Guard personnel at the checkpoint at the entrance to the village. The Border Guard forces on the spot opened fire, critically wounding the driver. Three Border Guard officers were lightly wounded.
The police and Home Front Command are currently in the process of destroying the Sur Baher residence of the terrorist who killed three people in the first bulldozer attack in Jerusalem last July. (Efrat Weiss)
