Protesters in Georgia blockedthe capital's main avenue through the night and into the secondday of an opposition campaign to demand President MikheilSaakashvili resign.
Some 60,000 rallied on Thursday outside parliament to demandSaakashvili go, accusing him of stifling reforms promised withthe 2003 Rose Revolution that swept him to power and embroilingthe country in a disastrous war with Russia last year.Several dozen protesters spent the night in front of the parliament and into Friday.
