Russia signs deal to buy Israeli drones

Russia has signed a contract tobuy drones from Israel, Interfax news agency reported on Friday, citing the Defence Ministry.

"We signed a contract with an Israeli firm for the delivery of unmanned flying vehicles," Interfax quoted Russian DeputyDefence Minister Vladimir Popovkin as saying. Interfax did not give details on how many drones Russia would buy from Israel. (Reuters)
